How to Measure Yourself

To ensure the best fit, we recommend taking your measurements before placing your order.

Use a soft measuring tape and measure directly over fitted clothing or undergarments.

Bust. Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the tape comfortably level.

Waist. Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline.

Hips. Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping your feet together.

Length, for dresses. Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to your desired length.

If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size and adjusting with alterations if needed.

Fit & Silhouette

Miss Helena pieces are designed with a tailored silhouette.

Some styles, such as corsets and fitted dresses, are meant to create a structured and sculpted look.

If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider selecting one size up.

Alteration Services

Alteration Policy

Please note:

• Alterations are available only for selected products.
• Once a garment has been altered, it may not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Processing time for alterations may add 2–5 business days to your order.
